Introduction Advanced Building Industries Co. "Senaat" announces that one of its subsidiaries, Gulf Insulation Group, has submitted an application to the Capital Market Authority ("CMA") to register its shares and offer a portion of such shares for public subscription, and an application to the Saudi Exchange ("Tadawul") to list its shares on the Main Market.

This is subject to the necessary regulatory procedures and requirements, including, without limitation, obtaining the CMA's approval for the registration and offering of the shares and Tadawul's approval for the listing of such shares, as well as completing all relevant requirements, procedures, and approvals relating to the offering.
